World Pay handle your payment information and data using their own protocols, and we do not record any of this.
Out of Stock
If you order an item that is out of stock you should be notified on when you go to your cart and attempt to purchase. If this doesn't happen we'll get in touch with you and offer you a refund or work with you to look to replace the item before delivery.
If you make an order and we spot an issue with the pricing we will notify you and refund you your order, then we will update the product. Our decision on it is final.
By accessing our website you are confirming that you are 18 or over, and when placing an order you are also confirming that you are at least 18 years old.
As part of the Licencing Act 2003 we will use an age verification policy on delivery of items. Deliveries must be accepted by someone aged 18 or older and we will actively challenge recipients to produce photographic ID as proof. If this is not provided the order will be not be delivered to the customer and the order cancelled, and money refunded.
It is our right to cancel any orders where the recipient cannot provide proof of their age. Any delivery costs will NOT be refunded.
Delivery costs are outlined on the 'Deliveries' page. On your cart page when you checkout you must choose the appropriate delivery option. If you do not we will be in touch and ask for the difference in value or offer you a refund.
If there are any problems with your order please contact us within 7 days directly via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 07912758338 and we'll do everything we can to rectify the problem. If your order is damaged or there are incorrect or missing items, please provide photographic evidence where appropriate and we will offer you a refund or exchange. Refunds and exchanges cannot be offered after 7 days from delivery.
They are available in multiples of £5 and they are subject to a delivery fees (we cant change this on the website...) BUT if you wanted to buy one for less than our minimum order threshold for free local delivery just let us know and we can give you a code for free delivery. The vouchers will then be sent to you via email within 48 hours.
With regards to the free local delivery threshold (orders over £25), the vouchers do not count towards this. So if you buy a voucher for £20 this will not count towards your £25 minimum spend and therefore if you buy a voucher AND physical cans or bottles, you will need to spend over £25 on your order minus value of the voucher.

Total order is £30, but your physical sales value is £15.... you would not qualify for free local delivery and we will be in touch.
5 cans worth £25
Total order is £40, but phyiscal sales value is £25.... you do qualify for free delivery, well done.
